Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lake Marion Adventures is here for your enjoyment! We do our best to cater to our clients' needs and look forward to facilitating your adventure on the water. Lots of preparation and attention is paid to getting the boats ready and supplied for a great day out on the lake. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations made over a week (7 days) before a scheduled trip/rental will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled trip/rental will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled trip/rental will receive no refund.
Inclement Weather
Should inclement weather be forecasted for the day of your scheduled trip/rental, you will be given the choice to reschedule for another suitable day or receive a full refund.
Damage Deposits
There is a $500 Damage Deposit on all boat rentals. Similar to vehicle rentals, we will take pictures of the boat beforehand and inspect it again on its return. Should there be no damage done to the boat during its rental, your $500 deposit will be refunded in full.
Safety Policy
For safety reasons, hard liquors and illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited on all of our vessels. Should a passenger engage in illegal drug activity, drink hard liquor, or become impaired to the degree they pose a danger of harming themselves or other passengers, the Captain reserves the discretion and right to terminate the trip, return to the place of the impaired passenger's boarding, providing no refund to the impaired passenger.
